started on the 16th instead of 15th accounting for the day missed at 325 lbs findiung it dificult to figure on 1800 calories a day but am coming in low, taking a multi vitamin daily and drinking lots of water and tea
320.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
