While I am disappointed in only a .4 pound loss, I will still take it. I knew there would come a time my weight loss would become a bit stale. Just have to change up a few things this week to get more on track. With me exercising everyday now (Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout) I believe I need to increase my foods just a bit. I think that is part of the reason for not as big of a loss. We'll see how this next week goes. But again, it was a LOSS, so far, not reporting a single gain!!!
181.8 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Same thing for me. I lost 1/2 lb. this week but I'll take it. I also need to make sure that I don't eat under 1,700 calories to sustain my workouts [I was just under 1,300 yesterday]. I'm sooo tired today and I've already had my lunch [it's only 11:14 am]. I did Level 2 of Jillian's 30-Day Shred last night [I love this segment - worked me out so much] so I definitely have to maintain a higher calorie-intake.

I think that was my problem too. I didn't eat that much into my activity points this past week. I need to add 200 calories to my day and see how this week goes. I have been trying to stay around 1400 but all this week I was under that level. I tried Level II on Sunday evening. I was just curious. It wasn't too bad, I am just not ready to move to that level yet, my upper arms need a bit more work. I have a goal to hopefully move to Level II by March 1st. I started Level I on February 5th.
