Well Stockshow weekend kicked my butt. I walked, oh how I walked but we ate horrible hours. Whataburger breakfast in the mornings, sometimes no lunch then would eat dinner around 9-10 pm. Glad only put on 4 pounds. I am not worried. I will have it off this week as a lot is bloat. My hands and feet are so swollen from standing all day and not drinking enough water. Had a few cokes this weekend needing a caffeine boost. I might even drop the weight by my doctors appointment on Wednesday. Another weigh in down, next weekend back to the stockshows so we will see how Monday goes.
