So, I have been implementing this diet called the DASH diet, which isn't really a diet at all. I already eat most of the foods that it suggests and that are "allowed." So, I consider it just a change for me. I have been working on getting more fruits and veggies in and not just counting calories like I used to do. I have been so full and have actually lost weight, which was not what I intended since I am 30 weeks pregnant now, but I am welcoming it. I hope to keep this healthy eating up because I know it will benefit me and my little girl. It will also help me lose the weight after I deliver. I have also tried to use moderation in working out versus resting. I have been trying to do at least 20 minutes of cardio at least 3 days a week. My cardio (since I am pregnant) is elliptical, stationary bike, or walking outside when it is warm. I met this workout goal and food goal last week and am doing well so far this week. :)
I actually feel better and have been so full! I can't wait to wake up each day and eat yummy foods and get full! At the beginning of my weight journey, I only counted calories and would eat junky foods, but maintain and lose weight by eating less and working out. I now feel like I get to eat all the time and I am full and even losing weight! I hope I can keep up this enthusiam to go forward!

Your little girl will be happy your eating all those healthy foods too. Did you know they can taste if foods are sweet, sour, spicy, bitter and etc? Cool stuff. :)
