fat 41.4% so I really went of track over the week....zeppoli, ricotta, bread and yesterday fish-less burgers fried to try out a new recipe. wow, 1 kilo gained in 6 days and it takes a month to take it down! will start again and will try to move more... this foot infection still getting worse, tomorrow going to podologist co I can't stand not swimming... this is my 5th week!
