misalnya klw saya sehabis cheat day (tinggi carbs) bb naik drastis, kalau mau dapat (mens) bb jg naik, jd proses diet bb naik turun itu adalah hal yg wajar yg penting grafik keseluruhannya itu pasti menurun, ga usah stress klw angka di timbangan naik, tetap fokus sama goalnya dan pastinya tetap jg pola makannya, tetap semangat buat mencapai goal yg kalian mau 😊
