I am feeling so good today... energetic, motivated, strong. I have been on my feet most of the morning and I am not tired yet. Yippee! Hello ketosis and welcome home. I've been reading how important it is to ensure your salt intake is increased when you are on a low carb diet. I have not been consistently increasing salt all throughout my new woe, recently I have done so and there is a marked difference. I think salt is an important component. I probably would have avoided some of the carb withdrawal symptoms if I had been consistent. The other biggie is water. It is critical to have enough water to help get rid of the toxins and ketones that are excreted. All of these things are important and work together to help your low carb woe to be a success. I know so much more now than when I started .... there is a science to this and it's important to educate yourself so that it works for you. I encourage everyone find their "ish" (ie: the formula that will give you the health and wellness you are seeking).
