Back on track this morning after a 3 day weekend w/ my family. We didn't eat the best over the weekend but I still watched my servings on the snacks. I have been really pushing myself to work out and trying to keep it up even know I'm not seeing the scale go down like I would like. I know my body is changing w/ my measurements and still adjusting to the new routines so I'm really trying to be patient. We get so obsessed w/ what that scale says and it can really be depressing at times. So I'm going to try and not look at the scale so much and just keep doing what I'm doing. Weigh in is on Friday!. :)
