When I was younger I herniated two disks in my back. Sometime this week I aggravated the lower disk. This week will now be a light week of exercise so my body can recover. Doing more cardio than weights. I am also on my way to ketosis.Shooting for a maximum of 20-25 net carbs each day. Today puts me into the third day of 20-25 net carbs. If all goes well, next week will be limited to a 15- 20 net carb max. I am going to rid my body of all of it's carbohydrate stores, and turn it into a fat burning machine.

I need to learn to do this. I take in way too many carbs without even realizing it. Good job, keep it up.

Way to go! I have trouble getting my carbs down to 100grams/day let alone 25!
