Between Valentines day and my really bad cheat day where I ate almost a whole medium pizza to myself and had a ton of drinks, I'm not surprised I didn't lose. No more cheat days, just a "cheat meal". I really want alcohol though >=[.
129.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Wow, it's been a while since I destroyed a pizza like that. It's surprisingly cathartic, right?! Today's a new day. Thank your body for digesting the energy you gave it, and move forward :)
