I never thought this day would come! I’ve been bouncing around at 171-172 forever... but finally below 170 for the first time since I was 18 years old. However, I’m flabbier now than I was then. So not really a fair comparison until I get body fat under 20% (21.5% as of today).
169.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thx! Pounds keep falling off. I think I just needed to make it through a really tough plateau.
