So, today we had a snow day and I am at home since my school was cancelled! I have gotten caught up on homework and housework and I even worked out yesterday and I intend to do the same today. I have been sooo busy that I haven't been recording food or exercise and I haven't even been on here at all to check messages, etc. Last week was really tough and I only worked out once, but it was a good workout. I hope to get back into it, but some days I am just sooo tired and I take a nap instead. I don't want to hurt my baby, so I guess I figured that rest will help and then if there is time, I can still workout if I am not hurting. My back has been achey and I have been very very hungry late at night. I have gained a few more pounds than I had hoped at this point, but I am hoping that, once my little baby girl gets here, I can be more able to workout since it will be May; I am usually really motivated and active in the summer, warmer months. So, I am just making it through until the end of my pregnancy so that I can be tougher on myself as far as controlling eating and exercising. I guess at my moments of weakness, I think: "I'm pregnant and at least there is an excuse for my hunger. Once I have her, there will be no excuse." So, sometimes, I do eat because the food tastes good. Confession! But I guess it's good that I am aware of this. I have been doing better so far today, so let's see what happens!
