No matter what the scale reads tomorrow I will not let go of God. Everyday I choose to honor God with my food choices I am strengthened. So Lord I ask right now that you be with me in this coming week. Help me to abide under your shadow so that nothing will harm me not even me. I am also praying for my FS buddies and everyone who suffers with compulsive overeating. Bless them Lord. This is my prayer.
