Yes, Hump. Although it is a struggle keeping up with all these youngsters on here! 

Yes I agree there’s only a few of our original crew still about but will keep battling on  

I miss the old gang! But I love the new energy too. x

I’m trying my best now recovered after a leg operation which took 2 years to recover fully So back to hopefully fitness again It’s harder once you hit 50 for sure 

Been on here since October 2019 with the progress i am making still a long way to go. You always look so fit2👍 

Hi Steve. Glad your leg is better. You are right, it is harder after fifty but worth the effort. I feel that the rewards are even greater so that spurs me on. 

I remember when you first joined Chestnut. You are making steady progress now and getting the hang of it. 

Anne at first I think my heart wasn't fully committed but one thing lockdown has taught me is to become more focused.
