Happy Ground Hog Day and Happy Superbowl! I feel so much better than yesterday - sorry to have gone all grumpy on you. I ended up going outside and trimmed the front hedge. A little fresh air and sunshine made a world of difference!

As I have stated so often, this 12 pounds (up from fall of 2012) has been depressing me. So I checked the calendar and found that, even if I only lose 1 pound a week, I can have that 12 pounds off by Easter! So now I have set a realistic mini goal!

BTW - is anyone else who wants to lose (X number of pounds) by Easter? Would love your company!

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 February 2014:

Awesome! That's a great approach. Baby steps. Great outlook. Welcome or Welcome Back. Yeap, know that feeling UP since October, will weigh in tomorrow for reality check. But for today, I am back on track along with you.

I like a Wednesday or a Friday. .... but will follow whatever suits .... do we post a picture of our feet on the scales or does it matter?

Yes! I hope to lose about the same by Easter, and 20 lbs. by 4th of July. If we had had sunshine yesterday, I would have tried to get my fix as well. Oregon gets pretty gloomy in the winter and spring. We did have sun on Saturday though! I took my 2-year-old grandson for a tricycle ride :-)

I just noticed Shellsbells 140 mentioning Wednesday or Friday. I assume she is referring to picking a day for those of us that join you to weigh in? I weighed in last Friday and planned to continue weekly.

Buffy... Do you want us to tell you on a certain day what the weight loss is or are you going to each buddy to look on their WI log?? I'm beginning to think you bit off a huge bite.... Also, any day is fine with me.. Choose one..

yeah any day will suit me either.... I think we should post our weight in on this thread?? Would that be the easiest for everyone? I am GMT time so I assume ye are all in America (I say that with an American accent... lol) So at the moment it is 10.30pm with me..... so I probably would be first???
