This week was ok. My measurements are steadily going down. My weight isn't coming off fast, but it is steady! This is going to a a journey!! I did eat a cheese cake Sat at a restaurant with my hubby and a few things I shouldn't have, but all in all I doing pretty good! Need to make a better effort to record my food that I'm eating though! Next week I can start exercising again!!
