Injured shoulder right before Thanksgiving. Haven't been active with bicycling, golf, stretching, or ANY sort of exercise. Getting physical therapy now, and praying I will be back to normal very soon. I realize my eating hasn't changed, but with the lack of exercise, the calories really have packed on. Gonna start attempting less of what I eat, FOR LIFE... not just while I am unable to burn the calories away. Praying for me to never see this weight go higher! I have worked too hard to get as low as 149... sad to have seen scales this morning!!! (No surprise, I feel it when I pull my pants on)
156.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
