Thank Goodness for Carbmaster Yogurt - My sweet tooth isn't under control yet. I just tried the Spiced Pear for the first time and it tastes so amazing! Totally works for the "sweet". I know I am not supposed to have them now that I have gone back to "induction" - but until I loose the sweet cravings it's better than eating something really overboard, I have been know to do that! Just look at my weight gain over the last few months! I am on day 4 and so far so good!
