@asyrtnsr : selada 30 gr, kentang rebus 130 gr (1 pc ukuran sedang), bawang bombay 60 gr (1 pc ukuran kecil), jagung manis kuning 61 gr (1/2 batang ukuran besar). Aku kemarin makannya sore sekitar jam 5 setelah work out, malemnya udah gak makan.
