Well, day # 2 back on the wagaon!!! I went on a 20 min walk today at lunch. Did the Wii fit last night, jogging and hula hoop, some yoga.
Just trying to get back to feeling like a person again, after all that bad eating, I started to feel like the blob!!!!
For me, the way I look is not nearly as important as the way I feel. So hear is to feeling like myself again and getting healthy!! Happy New Year!!!
