Excited to begin a new challenge. Started Gold's 12 week challenge this week. Doing this for my myself. Course it would be awesome to actually win something but this is a challenge for myself to see what I can do. So far I have able to lose 44.8# on my own....no special diet or program, just eating right & exercise. Can't wait to see what I can accomplish in the next few months.
