today is one of those "god i'm a fat cow" days. the guy i like likes some other girl who's like 5 lbs smaller than i am. i think i'm not eating for a week or two

Sorry to hear about your down day.... Anyways not eating for a week won't help you lose the weight. As you will lose it but you will gain it back as soon as you start eating again. One thing you must do though is record everything you eat EVERYTHING on here in your food diary and see how many calories you are eating. and make sure you are eating about 1200 a day so your body doesn't think you are starving it. and Work out as much as you can. Hope that helps
