Have had a fever the past two days which has set me back. I have asthma, and part of this sickness has been a much unwanted lung infection. So Yesterday off, today off and what looks like tomorrow off from the gym. I guess it's always best to listen to our bodies. I hate not going to the gym, but hopefully this rest will only make me stronger when I get back in there :) Ooh and I lost a pound. So that's pretty awesome :)
