Had a lovely day - started by joining a walking group and spent 3 hours offroad trekking. Found an inland sea...I had to be age 50 to discover this lovely spot on our island...not easy to get too but was well worth it! Hubby cooked a lovely beef roast and after that watched Jack Reacher with Tom Cruise. Awesome film, I was sweating and my heart was beating fast tempo i got so engaged! does that count to lose cals? :) I'm late in recording my weigh in today but after showering and before going to bed just decided i had to report. Went slightly up and let's see tomorrow morn's weigh in. Tanita is so unforgiving over the weekend! it doesn't lie though,that's for sure. Thankfully all the super stuff is gone so no excuse for indulging unless i go shop!
