Didn't do very well here this evening. Got into another cheese ball. Big winter storm expected......comfort food in stock..... water, water, water....sodium out the roof!!

Hang in there Kiddo, I've had a tough time this season too, including frozen pipes & no water, then no hot water. It does make us want to snuggy down with a nice cup of hot cocoa (or something warm) & just hybernate til it's over, doesn't it? Hope you stay safe & warm in the storms, we're having some too but our part of Oregon isn't usually super snowy so we're lucky. This winter is just a bit more severe than normal. Now the water's all fixed, & I'm ready to start afresh with this lovely New Year of 2014. I've been discouraged too, cuz I've gained back too much of the 30+ lbs I lost. But I've committed myself to losing at least 50 lbs during this year. Having this group for encouragement helps a lot. WE CAN DO THIS! Hugs, GLAMMER
