Out of curiosity what diet are you following? I was lopkong at your weight history and you have lost a ton of weight in the last five months. Whatever it is, youre kicking ass. I would love to see aome before/during pics :-)

@Yo, I'm kind of doing my own home-grown thing: trying to keep my protein up around 80-100g a day, and my calories down (usually around 1500). In the last few weeks, I've added 16:8 intermittent fasting, which has me eat all my daily calories in an 8-hour window, and fast for the remaining 16 hours. I don't think it has changed how much weight I lose, or how many calories I get, but it makes me more satisfied when I eat and seems to help with water-retention, or something. It keeps the losses more consistent, instead of that jerky loss/no loss/no loss/loss thing the scale did before.

@TIC, I actually haven't been doing great with the "Blast the Fat" challenge goals yet, but I'll focus on it more this week! Still doing well with the weight loss, though. :D
