Looking forward to seeing your Tanita numbers. I'm pretty sure I will be buying one of those shortly as well. Happy New Year!

Sorry. I didn't realize that it was not set to allow comments. I have corrected that now, so you should be able to comment from this point forward. I ordered a Tanita Scale and it is expected to be here within the next 10 days. I'm anxious to find out what it estimates my body fat percentage to be.

Good luck! I think it's normal for weight to flux a bit even when you are overall losing; I jump around a lot, and a lot of it has to do with how much you ate, how fast your digestion is, how much water/fluids you intook that day, etc etc. Most diet pills you get over the counter work by flushing out fluids quick, which is why you can lose ten pounds suddenly if you take one! Variance by up to ten pounds over the course of a week back and forth isn't totally atypical if you eat and drink a lot (even if the foods aren't fattening). Cheers!

You are doing great! My weight can fluctuate up 10 pounds a week if I am going to ovulate or get my period. It can be very depressing for me because I could be losing, but don't know it. All 10 pounds of that is bloat which can be very uncomfortable, so don't let a few pounds get you down. You probably just have some food hangover left over from Christmas.

Tanita scale is good and i have been using it since 2005. I like to keep log of all the stats everyday and preferably at the same time. I keep notebooks and besides weight stats by Tanita i am also keep log of measurements. for example today i Hit 61.5kg but have gone down another cm from my waist, which makes me happy as my crunches and sit-ups are working!

How long have you guys been working out? I have only been working out for about a month 3 days a week and I thought I would see something by now. I am not losing weight or inches. Just feeling discouraged.
