Woke up with another headache but at least I slept well :) 1 lb up from yesterday.
It's an in-day at home because it's so cold and snowy outside. I have to be honest, although it would be nice to get the exercise from cleaning all that snow, I am very glad we have someone hired to clean it. It is truly deep freeze weather and that is what I absolutely can't handle. It reminds me of my teenage days in Quebec in the Winter when it was always cold and snowy. I am a sun (aka summer) lover. I peeked outside this morning and the snow was already cleaned from our driveway and walkway .. happy me!
My appetite is still a bit south but I am eating because of hunger. I am having small angus meatballs cooked in coconut oil, raw carrots and berries. Headache is a bit in the background as I eat and write. Let's hope this is not where the entire day is headed (headachy) ... I have to get about 3 loads of laundry done so lots of stair climbing in my future. The Christmas tree is done and it looks great. My 9 year old did most of the decorating (she's the effervescent one) - I am the muscle (truck the decorations from the basement up to the main floor) :)
