ok - just had an apple to help survive the worst time of day. The kids come home and want all kinds of things including mac n cheese....I m resisting. I will drink another 20 oz water. I can't wait to start that water challenge...I'll have to figure out how much I need to drink per day. Hope everyone is doing well today
