Itu aku pake tongkol/gerèh dikukus dihilangkan durinya.
Uleg/haluskan cabai, baput bamer. Tumis lalu beri sedikit air beri garam dan penyedap secukupnya, lalu masukkan tongkol yg sudah dikukus cek rasa, sajikan
