Day 3 back eating right and exercising. I have had no real trouble getting back on the program. I will work hard to keep on program right up till Christmas. I will allow myself to splurge a little right at Christmas, then back to the program. I always do well in January as we do a Daniel Fast for 28 days beginning in January. I am looking forward to trying new vegan recipes.
