Well i've found the secret to my loosing weight. It's not exercise, because that only makes me hungry, it's just not eating much. I'll wait until 3 or 4 pm to eat anything then it'll usually be a nutribullet smoothie. Then for holding back from eating breakfast (which I've established means weight gain) and having a veggie and fruit smoothie, I get to have a NICE dinner and eat until I'm full :). It's my reward for being soooo good the whole day and ya know what?? It's working! I'm so close to hitting the 200lb mark!! It's truely TRUELY exciting! The only thing I've found is the more weight I've lost, the more my knees are beginning hurt...soooo weird! Looking forward to stepping on that scale and being at 199.9. Now that, as Dr.Phil would say, is going to be a changing day.
