I am really grateful to see a loss. I have been consistent at the gym and trying to keep my calories in check, while still having a small treat if I want. Its exam season so I dont want to give in to the pressure and binge on unhealthy snacks. I am now aiming for under 60 by next week.
134.3 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
