Oh my .. I miscounted my number of days of low carb sobriety and it's even better than I thought - it's about 30 days!!!! OMG - I am proud of that. Being on plan for 30 days .. whoo hooo.

Well the weight loss fairy was good to me overnight ... I lost another pound and I am down to 215 lbs. I definitely seem to be in deep ketosis because I am experiencing the decrease in appetite again and slight nausea that is telling me I may need to up my carbs a little. I was aiming for 20 but I seem to be hitting under 20 (probably because of my new love for iceberg lettuce with Greek feta dressing which together is very low carb). Anyway, I will have a chance to keep my carb a little closer to 20 today because I am bringing the kids to the head office with me and we plan to go out for lunch.
