Today i have started this journey and i would like to see progress on my goal weight. I cannot seem to go down below 60kg... 3 years ago i weighed 48kilos and felt and looked good. I changed jobs and became more sedentary... i was athletic and always did some form of exercise in the morning and late at night...I ran 2 full marathons, had an injury in my last one and haven't ever picked up since. I would like to go lighter as i feel to heavy to run at my current weight. I have subscribed to numerous health diets but i never seem to achieve my goals now. I was admired for my discipline in running and exercise and now i seem to have lost all motivation....However i am now in a very determined frame of mind and need to determine my calorie intake cos I may be consuming more than i should. so let's see how it goes!
