I’ve been doing horribly- not even trying. Life got too stressful in too many ways and I just ate whatever I felt like and whatever was near. So now the situation is resolved I’m back on it. Not going to weigh myself but I can’t have gained more than a couple pounds so no real harm done. I’ll jump on the scale tomorrow and then decide how many calories to allow myself. What a horrible couple weeks it’s been.
