woops! not the best week, had a trip on my steps last weekend and hurt my ankle so havent been able to exercise most of the week, just getting back into it now. plus.. have eaten some naughty snacks to feel better? huh dont feel better now ive seen the scale! have repair work to do this week to get back where i was, have a good week everyone
154.5 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

Sorry I'm only just catching up... aww, hope you've now fully recovered from your ankle injury. You'll be soon back to where you want to be... so don't worry about a little relapse. I would have done the same... and for reference the body needs extra reserves to heal. ;)
