Goodness me, I don't know if it's the time of the year or the stress I am dealing with but I have GOT to get this eating under control! At least I am exercising so I have that going for me. I cannot change today, but I can control tomorrow. (I will keep telling myself that)

oh I know, I never have been a protein person. It feels like it just sits in my gut. I used to get in trouble as a kid and have to sit at the table until I ate the meat, which would be until bed time. I'm learning, slowly.
