well, i have not been on my low carb diet for the last three days. i'm back on it today, but my weight did go up. the last few days i have had diet pepsi, pizza, and some candy. i feel bad and realize i need to get back at it. i also need to exercise more... this week i am going for low carb and low calorie. i will weight in later this week and hope to be under 315.
