Changed my way of eating a week ago and slowly introducing grass-fed/finished organic beef and wild caught salmon. Bulletproof coffee in the morning so still fasting 16/8 and working pretty well. Losing fat and inches so weight increase isn’t so bad.
206.6 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
