5th day of 800....16 hr fasts....actually get proper hungry. that's new. I must remember how it truly feels...I'm doing 12weeks of 800, due to finish around Dec 12th...let's see how it goes...weigh ins are going to be rare. I get to focused on numbers.
218.5 lb Lost so far: 57.1 lb.    Still to go: 59.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
