I was really craving a banana, so I ate one last night...before I found out about the 27g of carbs. Ouch!

Carbs from fruit are OK in moderation - much better for you than carbs from starches or sugar.

Thats good news. I thought they were all bad at least in terms of staying in Ketosis.
