Finally back on track, I had been afraid to weigh myself and document food consumed. I skipped that record keeping for a few days because I was eating too many carbs. I celebrated a wedding anniversary, my husband’s birthday and mine in one day even though it could have been over a few weeks. I ordered my favorite pizza and ordered a cake. So because I ate all that stuff over a few days, I hid like an ostrich and buried my head in the sand. It’s out of my system now, so back to work. I got up early this morning and did a one hour cardio workout. It was tough but I felt great when it was over.
