Still want to nibble a biscuit at night - grrrr. Haven't had a drink since 1 October which is also helping my Atkins diet, as well as raising money for MacMillan but wonder if the sweet nibbles are "replacement therapy" and how do I break THAT cycle!

Hobnobs are good as they are salty as well as sweet, they are made with oats so more filling & you can brake them into lots of bits put it on a plate and make your self sit at the table to eat it.

kaziz - how did you know - the biscuits I ate were hobnobs!! I am struggling a bit because all the nice crunchy things I like are high carb (hobnobs, pringles) - guess I have to battle on
