Doesn't even look like fake meat.

@Big Boned But Toned it tastes somewhat close to real meat but drier so I cook in olive oil and some butter. I do love meat but chose plant based last December to address chronic pain and it has helped.

Well, if you are going to resolve chronic pain, this is a delicious way to do it. I hope your very smart lifestyle change is decreasing or resolving the pain.
|
@newnamewhodis it was a challenge at first but I love the foods I eat now. Will be changing a bit soon when I finish Dave Asprey’s Bulletproof Diet book. Will eat some local organic beef and salmon. My former “goddess” wife I spoke of and I are now divorced but remain close friends. Odd but still fantastic.

@lonniehuffman these tomatoes are so delicious! Local organic farm I get a lot of my produce from and some from my own bruised green thumb garden.

@ Big Boned But Toned (love that name btw, I like to consider myself the same) my eating has really helped with pain so far. I’m the odd guy with fibromyalgia, but I really should avoid nightshades and can’t help myself. Helps with TBI symptoms too.
