I feel like I'm really struggling to get under 240. I eat really well 6 days out of the week, but then lose my willpower on the 7th day. It is a case of lose 2 pounds, gain 1 back. I know the weight didn't come on overnight, but I'm having a hard time staying motivated. Sigh.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Suggestion for lack of motivation part - maybe shift focus to nutritional aspects of food this week. Instead of weight loss. See it as another part of your journey to health. Think about vitamin & mineral rich foods. What can you eat this week for iron, VitB, VitC, etc? Let that guide grocery shopping & meal planning. Still count & log calories. Always. I wish you continued success.
