Well almost at the end of day one of going sober for October. Harder than I thought as I work in very much a drinking culture - but I did it. This is a marathon not a sprint. Went to the gym last night and had a brisk 45 min walk. Started eating breakfast every day and eating more healthily.
This time I am NOT afraid of succeeding. My friends are behind me, and indeed all around me - there to stop me from falling.
