Early riser overnight oats with banana, pecans and dates:)

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 August 2020:

Be careful though, dates and pecans are very moreish but packed full of calories.

My apologies, in the rush this morning I've ended up telling a lie; they were actually prunes, not dates :P but both are great for adding natural sweetness.. and I agree Anne; dates and pecans are both calorifically dense and definitely moreish so moderation is always the key:)

Prunes! I am a big fan. Great to keep you regular and full of minerals, vitamins, iron, and all-round goodness. Dried prunes can be calorific too but because of the *Ahem* effects you really can't eat too many.

Haha, I definitely agree Anne, although having said that, the "effects" have certainly been a blessing for me in the past haha
