Must...not...eat...after 8pm.

It's so hard. :[

The nutritionist at the gym said this was a myth. The only thing you really need to be concerned about is not eating within 2 hours of going to bed. So if you are a person who goes to bed at 10pm or later than having a small snack (and still stay in your calorie limit) at 8pm isn't such a bad thing!

Quite frankly, I don't think it matters WHEN you eat. I have never been concerned about eating close to bedtime. It's about how much you eat and what you eat. As long as you don't eat a giant meal and then lay in bed feeling uncomfortable I see no reason to worry about the timing in realation to bedtime. Have a healthy snack. An apple or a handful of nuts and who cares what time it is?
