It's so hard to get on track especially when I'm working out and eating healthy for my health versus being able to lose weight. I'm breastfeeding so I have to have an extra 500 cal a day to keep up production. I'm careful to make it healthy though, since I've given up donuts. I haven't had one in over 6 weeks, and I honestly don't miss them.

I wonder how much toning I will be able to do right now. It will be interesting to see.
